Daily calls despite my being on the "No Call" list.
Duct Cleaning service. Caller is East Indian with the unlikely name of Marc. (Aren't they all?).
I have politely and not so politely suggested that he need not call again.
The number is not in service when I redial.
Once I stayed silent when I picked up. Marc said Hello Hello? f**k! and hung up.
The most aggravating part of this is that I rent and he wants to speak with the homeowner. Then bug him i said.

How did a get rid of them... I told them I want them to come and clean my ducts, his question was how many vents I have, I told him I have not counted them cause they are so many, he asked me again just roughly how many, I told him I have ~56, he said what?, yes, I have ~56, because I have 18 rooms, he said you are joking, I no, I am not joking, I am living in a palace and I am the king, and he hang up on me .... and never called back.... yes!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

They are calling me daily - when I answer and tell them not to call me anymore and that I'm on the no call list they hang up on me!  They use over 10 different phone numbers!

I am harassed by these scam artists at least 3 times a day. Same thing, always an Indian accent. I started saying no politely about 6-7 months ago. Now I tell them to go f**k themselves. They are obviously stealing their phone connection. My phone rings like a long distance number, yet it's a 416 number, which is my area code. These creeps know my name and address. I'm beyond furious and I'd like to personally throat punch every one of them.

I think it's so wrong that we have had to deal with it at all. I wish Bell Canada or whoever is in charge of the phone lines would do something. I'm probably gonna buy an air horn and start blowing their ear drums. Good luck with yours.

Here is a way to drive them nuts.   When they call and say they are a duct cleaning service, say you have no ducks, they are a wild animal and not allowed to be kept in the city.   They say no, air ducts and you say, I know, all ducks fly in the air - but you don't keep them - guarantee they will hang up and take you off their list!

They are awful and don't stop calling and call back every 30 minutes. I have formally reported them and if you *57 after they've called it, it goes straight to police and you can press harassment charges.  Alternatively you can *60 on your plan, you can add the number to the list up to 12 numbers and blocks them, if it is from a landline.  Same stories as above, but incredibly rude, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.  Contact your service provider
