Got a call but no one answered

Did not answer. Received a call at 11:30PM EST. Number is out of Canada

got a call from 416-364-1112, my machine picked up, but no one spoke.

It is a calling card number, re-routed

hey i got a call a few times and know one said anything but the last time they call they ask for someone i know but its odd that they call in the middle of the night the opearateor said you can have the number blocked.

I answer you because I received that call
the 16th of June 2008 and it didn't match with french call number.
I must tell you that i received it in france.
I was very astonished because the voice was as a robot.
It asked me if I knew him.
And he call me by my first name.
It was very weird.

I have gotten over 8 calls in the last 2 days from this number. They also call from a "shared exchange" number 809-345-4470.  I have contacted the police, they believe it's a scam.  Caller speaks spanish and talks on and on. Only thing I could understand was "por favor" and "americano".  The weirdest part of it is they also called my sister!

after doing more research on the numbers I am certain it is a scam. Not too bright though since they keep calling and I don't speak spanish.  The second number, 809-345-4470, comes from the Dominican Republic. Definitely scammers.

If you have posted any sort of online add, such as a craigslist for sale,
or if you posted your name on the Linkd professional job site, your phone
number is being targeted as an income opportunity by anyone in that market.

Good luck with it, I am certain this is a developing trend and it will only grow stronger and more intrusive with time.

The next step will be to hack your voice mail acess code, and contact
people that have left you voice messages, it seems impossible, yet
easily attainable by someone that earns about $30 dollars a month.

Also got a call from this number few times already... Every time I pick up no one answered. :)

I have received at least 12 calls over the last week alone, I did not answer and no one left any messages. The calls come at all times of the day or night.

My best friend in Istanbul has been receiving calls at this number and she called me about it.  I showed her this site.  Tuesday March 30, 2010.

I also got a call from this number but I did not recieve.

I have  got a similar call. I am from India. When i called back , it said"check the no u have dialed"
