Got a call but no message. Anyone else?

yeah, i've gotten at least 10 calls from this number tonight (i didn't answer because i don't know anyone in toronto).  then just now someone called from a "restricted number".  anyway to find out who's calling me?

i got calls from this number too and i guess it is from a calling card. but not sure what calling card is.

Got a message on Sat Jul 6.... the person hanged up right after my VM answered. There was a lot of noise in the background.

it's a calling card, so they could be calling you from anywhere. my boyfriend uses it to call me from BC.

A guy called me at 1:13 pm while I was at work and told me I have won a prize from "premeum 1 cent" or somewhere like that!!!
Insisted on it and he had an african accent. I could not undrstand him well and he introduced himself as "Frank".
I told him I will call him later since I am at work.
I was curious and called the number right now (11:11 pm) to see where it was from and a voice message tells me:
"The number u have called is not assigned, plz check th number and try again"
Googled it onthe internet now and all I get is complaints and people wondering where is it from!
Seems fraud and they want to capture info only to fraud it!

got a call from this number, I liv in Denmark.

have just got a phone call from this number 416-364-1113 10 min ago (now is 9:00am jan 28, 2009 mountain time). a old lady (sounds like) answered me after my second greeting. she said she is from HRC and she spoke out my wife's name. because my wife is working for CHR and i didn't realize that she said she is from HRC not CHR at the first time. so i was wondering why she is using a long distant call instead of a local call? when i was asking her name, she said she will call my wife back and hanged up. i checked the website and most webs say HRC is Human Rights Commission. don't know if she will call back later. i called back and the voice msg said the number is invalid.

hi everyone, it's me again. don't worry about the number anymore. the lady called me back and she is my wife's coworker. she was using a phone card made this call.that's why the strange number showed up.

i wouldn't be surprised if this is a calling card. but lately we've been getting crank calls from this number starting on the 24th of january. and since that day they call many many times after 6pm intermittently at different hours. and everyday they call about 18-30 times every 2-3 minute. it gets so annoying that it's just easier to leave the phone off the hook. called bell canada and they wouldn't even block this number saying that i'd have to contact the police (which i did, the detective said he'll call back) to make a report. but very frankly, i dont think we'll get anything done because they are virtually untraceable sometimes (and most of the time). the interesting thing is, they know your names when they call. ***assuming they do happen to be fraudulent callers, remember to never divulge any personal info.***

call the police and let them know, and record the times they call to facilitate the report (in case they'd have to match the numbers and time of calls). sometimes they call with a "private number" which wont display the number. and make some irate complaints to bell canada for not doing anything about it.

This is a scam. A company is calling people claiming to be from the car company about your warranty. The truth is they are a scam artist company trying to part you with your money. Don't answer it. Ignore it. I have been receiving this call from LA, Santa Barbara and now Toronto.

I too got a call from this number. Once a brief call, which I didn't pick and other a lady left message asking to call back without leaving any of he detail. I am not gonna call after reading all these.

Called twice today within about 2 hours (with a Private Caller call in between). Hangs up on my answering machine.

Just received a call from this number.  The caller who barely spoke English stated that my number had been selected for a free samsung cell phone.  Indicated he worked for Bell Mobility.
I called the number right back and got a recording stating that the number was not in service.
Obviously a scam of some sort.

i keep getting calls from this number so after looking at this info I called bell mobility and asked them if it was a number they had and the said no. I did mention that they did know that i am not to be contacted for any sales calls
