Called my home today, I didn't answer it in time. No voicemail was left.

This number is not a call centre. Likely someone at IBM Canada that is trying to call you.

Mobilty Cons = IBM Mobilty Centre (For mobile workers) at Consumers Road, Toronto.

This number came up as UNKNOWN NAME and the person asked for Jane Tucic.  I have never heard of anyone by that name.  They did give the spelling.  When I asserted again that I had never heard of the person requested the caller hung up.

this number called and no name appeared, just the number 4164785000 when i called back it was IBM Voice Response.

It's someone from IBM trying to call you. It's the forwarded number for IBM mobile employees.
They generally start with 416-478-XXXX but if they are not logged into the phone it will generate this #.

This is a legitimate caller - it's IBM internal switch for routing calls. If you don't know anyone working at IBM, they probably just dialed the wrong number. (I work for IMB-from home.)  The person calling me was calling from Mississippi yet, my caller ID showed he was calling from Ontario. It's just a phone switch, not the caller's location.
