Call from this # received 8/11/14 3:12PM name "Unavailable".

I just got mine and they talk Then goes dead

Called my cell phone today. I didn't pick it up on time.

Receive countless unending calls from these foreign scammers but I NEVER answer an unidentified call.
DNC enforcers please do your job and shut these scammers down.  Why does this go on and on and on.  If the calls were forwarded to the people who are paid to enforce these laws, it would end in a New York second.

I received a call from this number yesterday and it showed it as originating from Ontario, Canada. I wondered who could be calling me from there and DID NOT answer the call. Interestingly enough - there was a voice message on my phone! Caller said she was from the treasury department and gave a badge number, then went on to state that she was calling regarding an enforcement action that was put in place by the treasury department regarding a fraud committed against me. Said I was not to ignore this notice or I would be arrested. Gave the following number to return the call (which I DID NOT DO) That number to call back was (240) 232-2197. Finishes her spiel (garbage talk) and then goes on to say, "Have a nice day" I was made aware of these kinds of calls after having listened to one on a morning show on WHO Radio from Des Moines, Iowa. To anyone complaining about the Do Not Call List and enforcement of it - that only works with legitimate companies and these are NOT legitimate. They also are usually coming from overseas where we have NO control. I have blocked the (416) 555-0128 number and will do so on any further incoming calls that I receive of that nature.

Received a call, the caller ID was listed as Dir  Assist    ON  and the number 416-555-0128  .  Since I am in the US, why would I want Directory Assist in Ontario, Canada?  This, foreign ( India, Pakistani or other ) asking for me by name.  At that point, I with forced politeness, informed her that I was not interested whatever they were offering, to not call me ever again, and to go back to Pakistan, India or whatever place they were in.  And then, I wished her a Good Day.  Actually, I wish these people who are violating our Do Not Call requests, would be arrested and become guests of our Prison system.

Received call from this number, knowing it was a Canadian area code I answered the call. spoke to an Asian man who claimed he was with National Grid and wanted to advise me that I would be receiving 15 percent discount, I did not stay on line long enough to find out why.
