This person or company continually calls my cell phone, even after I have told them there is no Michael living at my residence.  They call at 4:30 in the morning asking for him. I am trying to track down the company so I can make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  I think there's laws about harassment at 4:30 am.

Some one called twice looking for Micheal Elward I said I didn't know him the first time and my wife said the same thing the second time. The number 416-644-0009 showed up on call display and the name CCA.

I got the same thing. It is a collection agency recording. If you have a call manager on your cell, just block the number. You can do it through your ISP/

keep harassing relatives--very agressive!!

this number called my mom telling her that she had co-signed a $13,000 for my son for a travel trailer, which he had defaulted on.  the thing about this is that my son never owned a travel trailer and the loan was suppose to be taken out when he was 10 years old. they wanted her to refinance the loan in her name so she could make payments on it.  My mom was very upset at first when she got the called until she talked to me. My mom nor my son was ever in the bank or the city where this was suppose to have taken place. So she called consumer affairs of her home province, they told her to inform my son just in case someone was trying to steal his identity.
