BrookeG - 25 Aug 2007if you got a call from 4167772568 its someone who is simply calling long distance... they use a call out number which they pay a certain amount for each month and it gives them unlimited long distance calls.

A company calling themselves Chester Cross selling printer toner cartridges they promise out perform brand name cartridges up to 3x. The company has no web presence, "private name" shows up when they call. Did not feel "right" so did not purchase product.

Christian - 30 Jun 2008Kat: thank you for posting their customer service number. They called my business this morning to try and give us information about their page counts; when I told them we weren't interested but thank you anyway, I was told "oh f*** you" and then hung up on.
Granted, their customer service didn't apologize or anything; I asked them never to call us again and they just said "ok. goodbye." Then they hung up, without even asking us what our number was. Anyway, thanks for providing a number that let me vent a little bit, at least.

Adam - 22 Jul 2008I had the same experience, they called me and after I listened to thier spiel and was very pleasant with them. I finally told them ( which is the truth) that I was unable to make a decision on purchasing anything from them. The womans demeanor completely changed and then she said ok thank you, and hung up. Very strange......
