No way this is the Legit CIBC. They claim your info is being used in fraudulent ways, and then they have the B@lls to actually ask you for the information as-well??  Rule number One that ANY credit card company (or Bank for that-matter) gives you is NEVER give that info to ANYone that calls you. The Legit CIBC like any-other financal institution will Never ask you for it....The only exception is if you have a problem, and you actually call Them to resolve it. Then, it's only used obviously for ID purposes.

But as madazhell says, never provide any info when some calls you for it. All banks and credit card companies already have your info and you just have to verify it. Never, ever give it out to somebody asking for info

I received a call from Mada from this number stating its CIBC . I returned the call and Jose answered . He wanted the three numbers on the back of the card and was asking me other questions . I did not give him the numbers on the back of the card but I did give him my card number as I thought it was CIBC as that what they answered when I called in . I told him I am not answering any more questions . He said he will call me back . So far he hasn't

This is CIBC credit card services legitimate. I just called the number on the back of my card and they verified that this is their number from  their Fraud department.
