This low life piece of crap tried telling us we won $250,000.00 in a lottery we never played and we needed to cash a check for $3,985.00 to help pay for the taxes on the lottery. Her name is MELLISA KING which is probably a fake name since she sounded Hispanic or maybe even Punjabi. What happens is you cash the check and send them the taxes and they walk away with all this money and by the time the bank finds out its fake who gets stuck paying it back. Thats right the hard working people who are duped into believing this is true. I believe in karma and I would hate to be them. I told her I spoke to my lawyer and asked her why they think they can get away with it and she hung up and will not answer the phone ans shocking enough the message box is full and nobody is home. I hope this will reach the right people and we are hard working Americans so don't try and f*** with us. We are pissed and this is not over. If you receive a letter from TD financial and a check from EURO RSCG WORLDWIDE (which I goggled and is a real bank)DONT CASH IT!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!!!

My mother received the phone call asking why she had not responded in regards to winning a sweepstakes, had no idea what they were talking about at the time, they got very hateful about it.  Yesterday she received a check from TD Financial in the sum of $3985 written on Applied Bank in Wilmington, DE.  they are asking that she pay $2985 per our state regulation for taxes.  I tried to call the number but got a recording that the person was unavailable.  The name of the claim agent on our letter is ANDREA GATES.  I contacted Applied Bank and am sending them a copy of the check and letter and am giving a copy to my mother's bank.  Maybe if we get the word out to the banks it will at least be harder for these people to prey on innocent hard working people.
