Got a call from this number today.  They left a very long message IN CHINESE!!  The caller id says OUT OF AREA even though it is in my area code.

this guy/phone number called me about an ad i have for merchandise wanted. he has called before but i don't know if it was the same number. i recognize his distinctive voice/accent. probably south asian or mid eastern.
