- flaggerPicked up the phone knowing that it was an Optima Communcations agent calling on behalf of Scotiabank. Told off the agent telling her to stop calling my number because it is annoying. I noticed that the agent giggled too after this, I would have told her to f*** off because that entire telemarketing firm is full of third-rate folks who cannot get real jobs, so resort to this option of work.

never answer if the number is not in your phonebook contacts,
let it go to voicemail and call back if needed.
also, add the spam number to your contacts as "spam", "spam1" etc, that way you'd never have to answer- Caller: unknown
