I have a missed call on my cellphone.
I called number back and some random
recording came on immediately asking me
for me to submit my PIN number.

This is not the only time they have called,
and I have no idea what it is.

this weird number called me 3 times a day!!!!!!
like morning afternoon and night!!!
and the guy is fcxxking anomalous
asain guys!!!he said something licentious
words to me!!!and he keep calling me from april till now!OCT!!!!!!its been 6 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it;s brother my life!and i can;r found who is this f***ing sick man!!!and i feel this guy is looking at me in the conner !he knows me in realy life..i feel so sick and not save!!!
how can i figer out where is this call from~??

  This number is obviously someone trying to scam anyone they can.
  
  My advice to you is get a cheap answering machine, hook it up to your phone and let the answering machine screen all your calls. If this messages keeps coming on your answering machine, just erase it. Never call it back and DO NOT give it any of your personal information, no matter what. It is easy enough for these scammers to get hold of your family information and use it to trick you into giving them more info.
  DON'T let them do it to you. Just have a good laugh at the stupid message on your machine, then erase it and move on with your life. Eventually the scammer will call someone else instead.

This is a calling card number. The recording that you hear asking for your PIN is for those people who actually have the cards. Not sure what company, but this number shows up every time my cousin calls me.

Here too, they called from this number: 00416-8480123... this is Canadian phone number i think... but I am living in EUROPE, Hungary....!!!!!!!

When this number appears it is someone that you know calling you on a calling card, so they don't have to pay as much for long distance fees.
