Got a call from this # and no one answered, just hung up. what's up with this?

Some guy called me and apparently knows a lot of my friends and my name and wouldnt tell me who he was.

His name is Jason and I'm not sure how he got my number, but he had called my friend awhile ago so I know who he is. He called twice around 1 AM while I was asleep and he didn't leave a message.

Some Guy named Stive Robinson called from this number, wanted to buy something from us that we listed on Kijiji, this person sent us a fraudulent CIBC money order for way more than what we were selling, and wanted the cash.

Some guy calling himself Kevin Williams from the Loan Center called my work # and left a message that my loan was approved for 5000.00.  When I call the number I get like a fax sound.  However, the phone number he leaves to call back is 877-483-9909.  Don't know what's up with that.  When I call this 4168488935 # I pushed 0 and it says thank you for calling long distance calling card customer service.  ????

Called...I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  They did not leave a message.

He called me at about 5:19 in the morning, and started asking how I was doing and if I was sleeping and things. I thought maybe it was someone I knew, but just didn't recognize their voice or something.  He's supposed to call back today at four if I recall correctly.
