Unanswered call, no message left.

call from 416-855-6149, I didn't answser, they didn't leave a message.  I have been receiving numerous calls from Toronto phone numbers that do the same thing.  I'm assuming that they are telemarket companies.

called and said to say yes and cx said yes and caller hung up

I think this number belongs to Summit Energy: they're marketing their "price protection program" for natural gas and electricity supply.

called no message left.  I tried to call the number back and it says the voicemail box is full!

If this is Summitt Energy then will get an earful since they came to our door and lied about being from our local utility company and cancelled the next day. I even contacted the OEB about it.

This number now belongs to William McNeir Richmond who is a well known scam artist and all around scumbag.

This is a problem number ...when it called they did not leave a message. Blocked!

Summit Energy. A big scam about energy costs and the local utility. How can people be so stupid as to fall for this scam? Hang up!!!
