Frequently receive phone calls from that number.
It seams some one is listening to my voice but no answering.
Using special facility I dialed that number from USA and received prerecorded answer “that number is not in service” Noticed heavy East European accent. The calls are coming frequently. I am aware it could be thefts ring or other criminal activity.

also comes across on my call display with letters and numbers  on top.

this is how it appears on my phone.,  they call several times a day, and for the past week every day.
when i answer no one talks, .  

annoying is not even close to how i feel about these callers right now.

It may help to stop abusers by addressing that matter to line providers and local MP as I did. Pls see;
