He claimed he was from a company called Branson Lights and was offering 4 day 3 night stay in Branson for 149.00 that had to be paid over the phone that day. Not sure if this is a good deal or a scam, but he would not email me any information unless i paid him first (I did not pay him) and i could not find any information on any company called Branson Lights.

The company is Branson Lites LLC and it is a legit business that specializes in selling vacation packages to Branson MO.  I definitely can see how it could sound like a scam though, I wouldn't shell out $150 to someone who was unwilling to give me info first.

why do they not return phone messages or send confirmation paperwork i got screwed by them if you can tell me how to get a person thier to speak with id be appreciative

Hopefully you paid using a credit/debit card, and can contest any billing for services not received.

I used them and they are a wonderful company, they are not a scam. We have used their services 2 times in the last 2 years. We had a very good time in Branson, MO. We will use them again,

We have been in business since 2009 and have 1000,s of happy customers. i am sorry you had problems in the past but I can't have people hurt my company in which we take great pride in. I see Branson Lites, of Forsyth MO is a telemarketing company; and it is advertising for telemarketing reps for their call center, " for the purpose of selling vacation packages to Branson".

May I remind you that cold calls to people on the state or Federal DNC lists are illegal?
THAT seems to be the reason your company was mentioned here.

Also, are you not the "Branson Lites" company for which the BBB gave a "B" rating?

If u r the owner and people have problems getting their information, why don't you post ur phone number IF this is legimate????

I'm a customer of yours and I'm trying to set the dates for my vacation in June if you can give me a call when you get this I've tried to call Young and my calls are getting through it saying it's not a working number please contact me my phone number is 936-239-3308

I am so disappointed in this scam. I paid you &179.00 and now have no way to make reservations or to talk to anyone at all. One line is busy all the time and the other has a full mailbox.  I have tried to call both at least 50 times! Very unhappy about this all!!!!

No way to contact them to make a reservation (phone is always busy or another number I have just keeps saying the mailbox is full.  Day after day they say this!!!
