This caller leaves a message to call ASAP. When you call you get terrible garbled noises on the other end of the phone.

I'm getting unwanted text messages from this number.  Text indicates this is a business.  I have no idea how they got my cell phone number.  I have a GoPhone so every time I receive a text from this company it costs me 20 cents.  If they are the first message of the day it costs me an additional $1.00.  I don't know why I'm getting these text.  I don't know how to make them stop and can't figure out how to block them on my phone.  It is quite irritating.
