No voice when I answered.  When I called the number backed, I got a voice mail for "Patient Financial Services".

i got two calls from this number 417-869-9700. they didnt leave a message. i called back and also got patient financial services and they said my call would be transferred momentarily. i hung up. the most i could think is maybe that its st.johns collection for hospital bills or clinic bills.

i got the call 3 more times they finally left a message it said they were with st johns. it didnt sound like it to me because i deal with st johns almost once a week so i know it has nothing to do with that because i have talked to them recently and all their numbers are different i think this could be a scam

I received a call from this number this morning no one left a message so I didn't call it back.  Usually if it is St. Johns they will leave a message, so it made me a little suspicious.

I also got a call, no message, when I called back I was on hold forever.  I called back again and they wanted my SS#.  I hung up on them.  I have a bill with St. Johns, but I am paying a monthly amount.

Got a call asking for a Laura F..., They did not identify themselves and lots of caller noise in the background.
Sounded like a "call center" operation.

This phone number 4178699700 is forwarded to one of my business lines. In Columbia SC.  Please stop this somehow.  I have rec'd over 30 calls today!

no message given - we're assuming St John's as we do owe (supposedly) $660 to them

I received a call from 417-869-9700 without a message. We currently have a family emergency, so I called the number back. I spoke to a lady who said she was with St John's Financial Services. She asked for my number and then asked to verify my addres. When I didn't give her any more information, she then recited the address she had on file and the information was correct about me. She finished by saying that I had received the call in error because my account showed I had a zero balance. It sounded like a telecommunications call because I could hear a lot of other callers in the background.

i don't know who this guy is that has called an left a voice mail , but he sounded like he had marbles in his mouth when he spoke . i could barely under stand the call back number he gave .

I get several missed calls on my cell phone per day from this number.  They do not leave a message, so I do not call back. If someone wants to talk to me, they should tell me who they are.

417-869-9700 is Patient Financial Services for St. Johns in Springfield. They called and did not leave a message so I called back. It was not a "collection call". It was a courtesy call to make sure I received my November statement. Kinda strange, but oh well.

I received 3 calls from this number. When I called back, it said Patient Financial Services. There is NO way that it can be St Johns! I know because I have never had to visit St Johns as a patient and they are calling me, I work there and know that they dont outsource collection bill, and the number would come up a 820 number if indeed St Johns were calling. I reversed serched the number and it lead to 802 W Scott St and 1100 N Missouri(both addresses within a block of each other). Those addresses are off of Grant, north of Chestnut Expwy in a REALLY bad part of town. No repitalble collectino agency would be working out of a house in that area. This is a scam! Please dont fall for it!

Every time they call they hang up just as I answer. I did have something done at St. Johns. But even if it only rings once I cant get anyone.

I've been getting calls, with no messages, from this phone number for a couple of weeks. I have never been to St. Johns so I seriously doubt it's actually them! Be careful guys!

I got a call from this number. When I called back, he asked me if my name was Lisa ----- when I said yes, I was told I was called in error & to disregard the call. Pretty sure it was St. Johns & not a scam.

They wanted to know if i could take care of some past balances with some of the st. johns dr.s that my daughter and i have seen.  When they started naming off what charges i had it was crazy.  I had paid everything the days i was in the office.  I work for St. Johns and the number is not one used by the hospital.  This has to be a scam.
