Call themselves' Debt Relief Canada' - where is the CRTC and its blocked numbers---------
when I tried calling this number it said ' sorry this is an unused number...........Bollocks!!!!!!111111

I do not have a phone line for other people to call me.  I have a phone line that I use when I want to - friends of mine already know this.

Received an unsolicited call from 418-523-3217, on Sept. 30th, right in the middle of dinner, at 6:07 p.m.  Let it ring out, but they still left a partial recorded message re: some sort of personal 'Debt Reduction Program';  It is a long distance Quebec area code;
