I too keep getting a call from that #.  You can't call it back as there is no 134 in the 419 area code.  And when you stay on the line it is a computer that says "good Bye" and disconnects.  I do have AT&T phone service, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

I got a call from that number on 11-28-12 and it was someone telling me they were coming to serve my husband's ex-wife with legal documents.  I told the woman (she sounded foreign) that she wouldn't find my husband's ex at my house...they had been divorced for almost 25 years.  she apologized and said she would remove our phone number from her records.  Well, that same number was on my caller I.D. today when I got home.  I tried to call it back and got a recording saying the call couldn't be completed as dialed.  I think it's some collection company doing skip tracing.  No doubt my husband's ex owes somebody money, but she lives in a different county and they will NEVER find her at my house.  Whoever they are, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  I already told them Mrs. Ex doesn't live here and they called again anyway...that's a NoNo according to the law.  I hope they call again so I can f*#k with them!!
