Same experience - Seemed almost like a test call to verify my number.

Automated call about "your student loan" rate, yet I don't have one and I'm on the national Do Not Call list.

Called my cell twice this week.  Did not leave a message.  SPAM?

Did not answer. No message left.

Got a call from this number. No message. I called it back,told me to hit 9 to get on their DO NOT CALL list. The automated voice said it may take 72 hours for that to go into effect. Aggravating to get unknown calls from Ohio. I still HAVE my Ohio number,but  now LIVE many states away!!!!

called number back the first time and hit '9' to be placed on DNC list. That was last week Wed, and they just called me again today, Monday. So much for the 72 hours to take effect.

They call me every Monday to my cellphone when I am at work. I can't answer and they don't leave any voice messages but they do in my homephone with a recorded voice about Student loans. What annoying this is.

Called me at work at about 2pm eastern time. I went ahead and answered because I wanted to know who it was. When I answered I went ahead and pressed 1. I do have loans, but I wanted to know who this was. So I spoke with a female. When I asked what company she was with she hung up the call.

Mentioned student loan forgiveness and a bill that Congress passed.
I believe it is a scam. Cannot with 100% certainty say it isn't.

Appears to be a student loan scam of some sort. The automated message offers that you can speak to a live person by pressing '1'. (I'm on the DNC registry and I haven't had a student loan since the 90s, so it is a blind/illegal call.)

Rejected this call to my cell. No vmail.

received this call on my cell, took it as I do business with clients in Ohio , then pressed 1 to be connected from the bot as I do have a student loan.  Spoke with a female who hung up on me because I "ask too many questions" This response is not supportive of a legitimate operation.

Called no message not answering it ever seems to be scam from all the post.....

Repeated calls today, and I am also on the Do Not Call list. Automated recording is about student loan rates. My student loans have been paid off in full for over six years. Obviously a scam.

You now get free money because you asked them to stop.

Called my cell. It was the old "Gift Card SCAM" I asked caller if he had heard of the national do not call list and he said have a nice day and hung up.

Reported it was from a car dealer.. I asked if I could return his call....he hung up.
I called the number back and some fake recorded message and it then hung up! Caller beware.
I feel bad for the people who may be elders.
