Since I don't know who this is... I won't be pressing option 2 either.  The only thing I'm sure of is that it is a telemarketer by their own admission.
That I'm getting these calls also means it is time to renew the DNC subscription.

Dead air call,CID shows Archbold OH  - most likely from Pakistan

7:30 Pacific (west coast time) this number called my cell.  >DO NOT CALL LIST<

RECORDED MESSAGE TO REDUCE CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATE..

I didn't answer the call from this number; no message left.

I just talked to them to take me off their calling list.  "Nicole" from India said she couldn't and wouldn't.  They don't have to go by the DNC list.  These people are scammers and a**holes.  At the same time, I don't mind messing with them just to keep on the phone and waste their time ;-)

No ID, no message.

Have called before - mark call as urgent but never leave a message. Must be really urgent -- area code Toledo.

Called, didn't answer, left no message

Did not answer as I do not know anyone in Archbold, OH.  Whoever was calling did not leave a message.  More than likely a scammer as suggested in other posts.

Called at 12:36pm on April 29th 2017. Caller ID said "OH, USA". I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

....received a call from this number on my emergency cell (I am on the no call list I don't give the number out to anyone).  I did not pick up.  I'd call it an annoyance, unwanted call!

Caller ID said "Ohio". Rejected call and now on auto-reject. Called my cell.

Tried to answer so that I could entertain myself by messing with them on this dreary Friday morning, but alas, they hung up as I answered. Oh well; maybe next time!

Call came in, I didn't answer, read everyone's post, and now blocked their number.  Also reported on the Do Not Call website.
