I'm getting calls from this number also on my cell... but not answering and they never leave messages

I answered and heard nothing for about 20 seconds before their line disconnected.  Please do not answer to this number if you see it.

Got a call from the same number. No message left.  Destroyed my faith in humanity.  

I got a call from this number on my cell. I didn't answer and no message was left. I'm on the do not call list but I don't think that works.

It was an automated call claiming I had unclaimed Google Plus listings, and stated I was business owner.  I don't own a business, and I answered because it was my local area code.  This is a scam.

same. 20s of silence then a hangup.
