Got a call July 8 at about 5:30pm from CRB claiming I owe some
amount for something I never heard of. from a lady saying
her name is Ms. Adams this came from (419) 517-0029 out of
Sylvania Ohio. I then got a bill for $134.99 on Saturday July 18.
A collection agency type bill. This all is totally fraudulent.

I got the exact same message!!!!!  From Miss Adams!!! I wonder how many Miss Adam's there are.  I owe $  134.99!!!!  I have all ready filed a complaint with the aattorney general of Ohio. This is a total scam.....

same exact call. same everything. SCAM 4 sure. I'd like to slap this Ms. Adams from OHIO

I have the same exact call 2 minutes ago,  I just let it go to voice mail and sure enough Hello this is Miss Adams calling reguarding file number 57657987 and it is important that I get back with her.  Thank You for the heads up!  I will block this number and ignore any bills

Yes I just now recieved a bill for $134.98 with the phone # 419-517-0064 attached to it from a company called CRB

My wife received the call. The Lady (Mrs. Tate) stated that I joined a dating site and that I ran up a bill of $438.23 during a internet transaction on 3/3/10 and it was sent to collections on 3/17/10. Thanks to this site I can prove it is a scam.

I received a statement from CRB for $40.49 for calls to an adult phone number in November.  I just received a call from a Mrs. Tate indicating that the calls were made from my phone.  Since I did not make the calls and no one else was in my house in November; I know it was a scam.

We received our call today (Thu. Feb 17th) from a "Mrs. Tate."  However, we had received our letter a week or so earlier addressed to someone not at this house.  The return number in the letter is 419-517-0064, and there are many more comments at that number.  These are just grifters playing a con game.  After getting the letter I talked to the Attorney General's office in Kansas. The woman I spoke to said they get so many complaints like this that they do not have the resources to initiate an investigation.  The proper action is not to return calls like this.  In the world we live in this is like going into the yard on a summer evening and being attacked by mosquitoes.

I just got a call from at 10:33 am from 419-517-0029. A message was left by a Mrs. Tate saying that I needed to call her immediately to resolve this matter. She gave me a reference number. It showed up on my cell phone as Royal Oak Financial. I'm not calling the number back because I don't recognize it or the name of the company.

My wife just received a call (missed it, so it went to voicemail) from a Mrs Tate.  She stated that someone has used my identity and I needed to contact her immidiately.  Called ID said the call was from 419-517-0029 and ID as Royal Oak Financial Group.  
My wife called me and gave me the information.  I did a quick search and found this site and others regarding Royal Oak Financial  scams.  I honed in on this one from the phone #.  Good thing I did!
Interestingly enough, a week or two ago I received a letter from CRB stating that I owed money and it was past due.  Never heard of them and never had anything to do with them.  Shredded the letter did not reply.  
One more thing, about a month ago both my bank and I identified fraudulant charges on my account.  Fraud charges were from Portugal.  Funds were reimbursed, all cards cancelled and new ones issued.  I really love USAA. ....makes you wonder if these incidents are all related??

Got the same call yesterday from a Mrs. Tate at 419-517-0029.  She gave a reference number and said that I needed to call her to resolve this matter.

I just recieved a call today from a mrs. Tate at 419-517-0029. She stated that I had a case that needed to be resolved. My wife called the number and no one was around to answer their phones, even though they call a half-hour before she tried every number that it gave her and nothing. Thankfully I got on the enternet and started looking around and that is when I found this site, it helped me out a lot.

i got the same call today just left a file number in the message, did not say what it was about?? just that i needed to call her back to resolve the problem.. hmmmm , that is why i dont answer weird number calls..

I just got a call from them too and i called them back no one picked up the phone but i know i dont owe anyone did you find out what this was? Or does anyone know these people

I just received a call from them today. The left a message on my voicemail with a file number. They said it was urgent. Plus they have been calling all week. When I tried to call it back no one answered. Whats that about?

I got a collection type letter from them today - I call ed the number and Mrs. Tate answered.  She told me that the charges were from some adult entertainment site and that the card used was canceled due to fraud and a new card issued - said that the free trial that was initially signed was never canceled - well I know I have never signed up for anything and if fraud charges did come across then I would have canceled and reissued cards.
