Caller id says IMC. What is that an acronym for?

They called at 8:40 am and were silent when I answered.

When I call back message is the national rifle association NRA

This number calls several times a day almost every day.  Caller I D shows only Ohio Call.   On voicemail there are busy signal beeps but no messages left.

This number calls everyday sometimes more than once! Super annoying!  Also they never say anything

This unwanted caller is persistent, rude, an unwilling or incapable of understanding the inconvenience presented by their refusal to simply stop calling. Finding the NRA is not that difficult, if you really want to talk to them! The more they call, the more resistant I become towards them, and there is no end to that resistance!

I do not want this caller to call again.

I can "hear" your frustration but you must realize that 800 notes is a user driven forum for discussing phone calls from unknown or suspicious callers.  It's not likely that the caller will come to this web site, read your post, know who you are, know your number and stop calling you.  Think about getting a call blocker or downloading a call blocking app for your cell.  You can control who has access to you via phone.  Here's the 800 notes forums on call blockers.  Take a look at it.  There's lots of good advice on the different types and brands.

As for your caller, it's the NRA.  Your caller ID may have read IMC?  That's the "charity" telemarketer that calls on their behalf.

I get a call from this no. at least twice a day. It drives me nuts. I Never answer, but they usually call early in morning and late evening.
