    I'm wondering the same thing myself.

    I just got a call from them. They didn't identify themselves and told me that my computer was sending emails through their server.  Sure enough I seem to have had some kind of a trojan horse virus installed.  I've cleaned my pc but I'm wondering what the heck it was.  The only software I've installed recently was an upgrade to ImgBurn and apparently Kaspersky reports that ImgBurn gives a false positive for the Trojan-dropper.win32.agent.blk.  Still digging here trying to figure out what was going on.
