Phone rang I answered but afyer a few seconds no one spoke then went busy signal.

this is a solicitation for a burn fund supposedly from the fire dept.  i asked to be removed and he said he could not do that----very shady----i am going to report them to do not call.gov website

phone rang 3 times and then stopped. tried to callback several times, always a busy signal

googled this number.  it is listed as Downtown Flowers and Gilft Shop's fax number.  location kingsport, tn.

Missed this call tried returning it only got busy signal or no answer

Called ask for owner but wouldn't leave message or name.

Called yesterday and again today.  The phone rang 3 times before hanging up.

I called the flower shop and it is an old fax number that they no longer have

Just received a call from them. They said it was the Kingsport Fire Fighters Assoc. Wanted to mail me tickets to a benefit show for burn victims. When I receive the tickets, I'm supposed to mail them a check back. They wouldn't give me a location where I could just come and purchase the tickets.

Just received a call and they left no message. This the second time in two days. If this is a legitimate call then you should leave a message.

Called my house at 8:20pm and only rang once before hanging up. Caller id simply stated "Kingsport TN". I find it suspicious that this call came into my home phone merely minutes after another number (1-800-617-9693) which is supposed to be linked to a shady police charity.

This is the fundraiser outfit for the Kingsport Firefighters Association. They are legit, but can be annoying. They do this a couple times a year and the music is good. I've been to a few of these concerts and they are nice. They will mail you the tickets and then you mail them a check back after receiving the tickets. Like most fundraisers I think it must be their policy not to leave a message. They will keep calling you back and they do have alternate phone numbers they use. They are supposed to remove you and put you on their do-not-call list if you ask. That's the law.

Just received a call from this number. Man made much small talk at first which I immediately found disturbing because I had no clue who he was or what he wanted. Finally got around to telling me he's calling about fundraising for burn victims to go to a burn camp.  Said it was on behalf of Kingsport Fire Dept.  He was insistent on needing to send me something in the mail even when I questioned the possibility of getting these "vouchers" in person. I asked where I could do that and he said an office in Johnson City at which time he filled in the fact that Kingsport was partnering with Johnson City on this fundraiser.  If this was a legit call, they need to train their callers; I was suspicious immediately because of the unprofessional nature of the call.

Very annoying-left no message and when I tried to call back several times all I got was a busy signal

I have been getting the same call just now also...why not purchase at the door?
