Repeated calls and no one answers  when I pick up.

Best Buy credit card through Citibank.

I've gotten called from this number at least 3 times a day for about a week. Very very annoying. It's a recorded message saying something about Citi bank best buy credit card account but I didn't have any connection with both of them.

I have also received several calls from this number every single day.. which was getting annoying. So I called verizon to block this number..

this number calls me everyday with recorded message and I am very sick of it.  Is very annoying.  I would appreciate it if you would stop.

I rec'd a call @ 8:15a.m.   I did not answer. No message was left. I googled the telephone number and here I am.  This phone call is annoying; I have phone service for those I need/wish to speak with; I am a Type I diabetic and the only reason I have a land line is for medical emergency.

It is Citibank, the new owners of Best Buy card accounts.  It is a bot calling for whomever to pay up their outstanding accounts, late payments, etc.  There is also a connection to a live person within the call (u know, press 1 or whatever).  
Capital One bought the accounts from HSBC early last year; HSBC was having legal issues/money problems/fines from gov't to pay and sold off to CapOne, who then said after a year, that's enough of this crap and Citi, the greedy [***] that they are, bought it and is now frustrating all Best Buyers.  
Kinda goes hand in hand with Best Buy's financial difficulties today to have these creeps take over also to make life doubly miserable for all of us.
That's my 2c...more like a quarter  come to think of it.

I get auto calls from this number at least every two hours. I have made payment arrangements with Best Buy/citi and they still call, call, call.

They keep asking for someone I had never heard of.  So I did a search on 411.com and discovered that this person's phone number is one digit off of mine.  I passed this information on to them, but they keep calling ME everyday.  I'm just going to block this number (and all the other ones they use).

I've been getting three or four calls from this number every day for three weeks.  It's driving me nuts.  I called the number back and got a human being, but I didn't give them any personal info.  I don't owe ANYTHING on my Best Buy card.  I have a balance of exactly zero dollars, but it says I owe $94.  This is driving me insane.

We have been getting calls from this number it is Citibank for Best Buy, too bad we are signed up for auto payments, e-bill.  Funny how since they have taken over we have not received either a bill and I now have to go on line and manually enter the payments or they don't come out.  Even when you set them up a month in advance they still don't take the money.  Can't wait to have them paid off.

Susan- why are you asking them to stop calling? They don't read these message boards!

Someone named Tina asked me what I was wearing! How disgusting! These people should be in jail. God will punish them!!!

I hear ya, I haven't gotten a bill the past two months, so I have to go pay at a store and even if I do, I still get socked with late charges. I've tried everything, even calling Citibank and I got a foreign call center. The guy that answered could barely speak English!

I don't have a card thru them and they asked for my social security number. I almost have it to him!!!!! Omg this is ridicous. And when I asked who he was from again he hung up!
