Left no message

When I picked up a recording said that they are with account services with my credit card and that my account is fine.  They are offering me a reduced rate at 6% if I called back and blah blah blah.... I'm quite certain they are scammers!!

Getting calls from here and calls out Or.
Same tag line on the message.
But when I call back recording say number is no longer in service.

Just got a missed call from this number. No message left.

As I never had credit cards

I had the same recording hung up and didn't hear back but they just called again. I did not pick up

I got a call and answered.  There was laughing in the background and a shuffling noise, then they hung up

Called. I did not pick up. Left no message.

related to credit card. to me they are scammers

Do not want them to call again. They are most probably trying to get info on me.

Received call on cell phone with a recorded message offering to lower the interest rate to 6% on my credit card debt and was directed to press "1" on my keypad.  I pressed "1" and a female came on the line and asked if I was interested in lowering the interest rate on my credit card balance.  I told her that I have no balance and she hung up...

Received a call to my Phoenix AZ cell number, but they didn't leave a message.

Received a call and they didn't leave a message.   Is there a national number to call and report them?  How annoying!!

No message left, but numerous calls dailey and not from just this number.

Called at 12:22AM and at 12:24AM, no one was on the line.  Called back to see who had the nerve to call at that hour and received a message that this number is no longer in service.
