- shelby| 1 replyi got a call today from the same exact number. the man identified himself as Mr. Lancaster from Pre-Trial Processing claiming there were two "allegations" filed against me and one was a felony. i called back and was cut disconnected twice, when i called back the third time an extremely rude woman answered the phone saying, "what do you want? i just connected you to him?" Flag! She looked up my "case number" and said i owed American Airlines $4300. I said i knew nothing of this debt and would need verification. her reply? "are you gonna pay or what?" I said no i don't know about this debt. she then said, "oh, don't give me that" and hung up.
this is fraud and illegal and next level scamming. don't fall for it by giving them your money. the proper way to collect a debt is to send notice via USPS mail and then the calls start.
infuriating and was very unsettling when i first heard that message.- Caller: Pre-Trial Prosecution

- MaryI received a creepy call from this number.

- CJ| 1 replyLitigation Services called and left message saying I was being sued. I called back and no one answered so I left a message. Next morning I get a call from them, Brian Philips said I was being sued by Citibank for $18,000. I said that the statutes of limitation had run out on anything I had in 2009 so I don't owe them anything. He tried to tell me I was wrong, I told him I knew the law and I'd see them in court. In 2009 I lost my major income from my IRA in the market crash and consulted a attorney at the time. In my state anyone that wants to sue has 4 years after that they can't. HELLO it is 2015 and 2 years past the limit.

- TSLitigation Services called said I had a debt 2010. Asked me to pay settlement on the phone via credit card or checking account. I refused...told them to email me proof...never got an email. Called back...said I didn't get an email...They still have not emailed me anythig. Could be a scam trying to get money!

- CWG40 replies to CJTotal scam. If you were the subject of a pending lawsuit, you'd have received a letter from the attorney for the other side. There'd be a paper trail. You would not have first heard of it from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you and starts demanding money. Ignore these people and block their calls.

Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now. - CWG40 replies to jwTotally scammy outfit. Don't return the calls. There are no complaints against you. This is just scam-talk by someone who is trying to scare money out of you.
Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a DIME until the debt is validated.
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

Person named Steven from Litigation Services. Claimed I owed money on an old citi bank credit card. He would not verify any information his company location or information, address, fax, website etc... He would not provide any documentation regarding the alleged outstanding debt or the agreement with Citi Bank and his company. He stated I had to pay over the phone or would be sued or wages garnished -
