This clown actually left me a message today. Last week he (sounds Filipino) called and said my 90 year old elderly aunt is being sued and wanted her info....uhhhh yeah, right. I called the number back and some foreign sounding lady answered and rattled off something I didn't understand. It's a scam for sure. But yeah, they call back to back. Preying on the elderly folks of Hawaii. Someone must have fell for their scam out here in Hawaii so they continuously bug the 808.

This company calls every night between 5pm and 6pm several times. They are annoying in the extreme. Isn't there a form of harassment law that covers such actions?

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, the Charities and survey's can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Report your callers here if they continue to call and harass:

    By State DNC lists:

    For political calls:

What you need to do is tell them you do not want to receive their calls, and make sure you do a opt out with all the political parties.  Then, if you receive calls, go that persons web site and under their contact us page, write them and tell them to place you on their internal dnc list and also there is a political do not call you can sign up for. I did and also tell them to use that list and give them the url for it. I have not gotten any calls for years now.  Not even political survey's.  So it does help to follow the steps.

The other thing that will help, if you have a cell phone, if it doesn't already have call blocking, there are free call blocking apps online you can get for some phones. If you have a land line, google call blocking devices. There are phones also available with call blocking but they do not hold as many numbers as devices do. Many of the devices run around 60.00
