This company is a fraud company using illegal collections practice....Warning do not give them ant information and notify your state attorney general......

they scammed my best friend c adkins for over 1200.00 the man calls from California but made her pay Allstate Holding group in Florida.  my friend had to pay 4 payments in july and august when whe was alrady going through hard times... SHE IS GETTING HER MONEY BACK !

This is what happens when people do not know the law and their rights.  Not sure how she is going to get her money back from these criminals unless it was paid through the bank and they are willing to follow through on a dispute.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

this person name is Erica Means call my parents that live in another state, that this call pertain to a criminal matter than they called my son stating the same thing then when I called a lady by the name of Erica Means answered, she needed to verify my ss# which I would not verify for then she stated they would see me in court

The same number above called my daddy. My daddy came by my house and played the recording that this so called Erica Means left. I then called the number back. The voice mail states another name but not only that she cussed clear as day on her voice mail. Lmao because they really will sale you bunch of crap as though you are facing jail time about a debt that is actually a civil matter. Always do your research before giving any financial information via anything.

All right, guys ... my 53-year-old brother still calls our father "Daddy" ... two months ago he asked me, while we were talking, why I called him (by his first name) ... I told him, it's because I have to talk with other people, and in the hospital and with other medical people, it's best to always use the name they have, because "Daddy" isn't on their documentation. He forgot that many years ago because there were 3 Alberts in the family we had to clarify in conversation which one we were talking about ... especially when all of them were in the house at the same time.

A few decades ago at a family get-together, our mother said something and called this brother "my baby" and his 3-year-old toddler shook his index finger at his grandmother, saying : "Not baby. MY daddy."

Her real name is Michelle Johnson! She's such an idiot she leaves her "real" name on her voice mail... says your list in a complaint that you weren't aware of? You need to pay of face jail time. They're 100% scammers! They call all your relatives, when they use old info or names... or call your children! Pulled my credit report and they tried opening a bank loan under my name out of California go figure! DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFO TO THEM! Being a debt collector myself if you owed any debt they would have your correct info and wouldn't call relatives nor disclose personal debt info. AGAINST THE LAW! This woman changes her voice mail to a man's voice when she can't get to you. If she was ligit why would she do this? Debt collectors by law have to read the mini Miranda and diclose who they are and why they are calling. They do not cuss you out! I suggest to all make a police report, call your attorney general's office, and file a complaint with the FTC! Then call the attorney generals office in California. Let's get this B**ch!  Let's put her out all over social media and where ever we can... She messed with the wrong person when she called me! I did this for a living ;) sad for her I have more info than she does... FYI you can sue these people for violating the FDCPA. KEEP HER NUMBER AND GIVER A CALL !
