Caller ID said QVD. left no message

It is very annoying to get these unidentified calls and no message!  I DO NOT NEED THIS HARRASSMENT! WHY ARE THESE CALLS PERMITTED???
Why can't these calls be curbed especially if I have an unidentified #
ANNOYING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!

Received the call 12/1 at 7:33pm. Did not answer, they did not leave a message. Caller ID says QVD...called the number back, it is the Customer Service for the Breast Cancer Financial Fund.

Call, no message. Block the number.

424-286-1933 QVD on my caller ID.  Answered asked for the lady in the house there and hung up.  Wish they would stop as I was expecting a call from my mechanic and it did excite me to get out of my seat for nothing.

Caller ID:  Los Angeles Area  <-- vague ID - a red flag that suggests this is a robocall from a telemarketer / scammer

I have blocked this phone number from my phone.

Called, no message. Caller id just gave #.

This number and one like it has called for the past two days after 8pm. I don't answer because I know that most donation calls are not conducted after 8pm. I didn't answer since I had no idea where the area code number is from. In the past when I have answered it has been a donation call

F* these call spamming jerks. May Karma grant these morons and their families devastating health and financial hardships immediately as a result of their spamming, scamming way.

Caller I.D.  at 8 p.m. 3/19/15 said:  "BC Fin Assist"   Others say this is breast cancer fund.  We did not answer; do not answer any calls where we don't recognize name or number.     I recall these clowns calling in the past -- take a hike!

BC FIN ASSIST on the old Caller ID; did not pick up as it was unknown caller. 2nd time they called.

Call spamming [***] are at it again. Here's hoping they and their families all eat sh*t and die immediately.

This Breast Cancer group is legit as far as it goes, but something ridiculous like 5% of anything you give them goes to any legit breast cancer group.  And, by the way, they do not directly finance mammograms for needy women, as they will tell you.  Some years ago I researched them with the charitable organization they are supposed to be giving the collected money to, and the charitable organization said they were legit collectors for them.

And yeah, they're still calling me all these years later and not leaving a message.

Same as others , ID showed QVD . No message left , will block if it calls again .

scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this n umber from future calling.
