Unfamiliar with number.

Recived call several times. Never leaves a message. Caller ID appears as "V05261609160613".

I received a call from this number, no message, ID shown as California.Sure gets old getting these calls.
You wonder how they get your number when you have done all you can do to stop unwanted calls.

shows CALIFORNIA  and then 4243545100.  left no message on recorder --- no surprise there!

Grandma, you and me both!.. Just got the call, say's California on my caller ID. So no idea what or why they keep calling when you have done everything to stop calls like this..
Nonsense. And dont look at me, I'm not calling them back!

Caller ID says "California".  No message left, only a high-pitched beep.  I've had an increased number of unwanted calls lately.  I'm on the Do Not Call list and have opted out on everything I can.  I believe I probably speak for everyone on the DNC list, DO NOT CALL.

So no one bites and picks up on this number.  You wonder what they're after.

Came home from work and saw this number on my caller ID.  Just this past week, I have had several calls where they never leave a message.  I too am so sick of these telemarketer companies.  There is one company which originates from Michigan and that one is very annoying.  Why isn't the Do Not Call Registery getting rid or blocking these awful calls?

Answered the phone, a lady with an oriental voice picked up and asked if there was anyone living at my house that had diabetes. I said no, and she hung up.  2nd call this week. Same lady.  Already told her NO once.  

My take,  telemarketing needs to be illegal in the US.

Have a lot of spam calls picking up lately.
Some saying from National Diabetes association or something else if you look them up.
But this one came up as California.
Another one I get comes up Pennsylvania
Others just come up unavailable or out of area.
I keep reporting them on the DNC but heck still getting all these calls lately.
They are getting ridiculous.
Even some calls of late are SUPPOSEDLY political because they use Huckabee in them. But whether really coming from him or someone scamming not sure.
But they say you can't block Political calls.
I block people but they seem to find another number to call from.
Totally crazy.

This number keeps calling but when I answer and repeatedly say "Hello" no one says hello back,
even though I can hear many voices in the background.  I thought signing the national "DO NOT CALL REGISTER" would finally eliminate all this annoying calls but some "companies" apparently just ignore it.  I wish there were laws that would go after these people.  I am retired and need my daily nap, and SO many times I am disturbed by a ringing phone and it's one of these unwanted, unsolicited calls.  You don't even get the opportunity to ask them to please stop calling.

This number calls and calls - ID'ed as California.  I never answer and have now blocked this number.

Don't know this number and don't answer calls at all until I know who they are.  Can't believe it is  political; they usually want to know if you might support them.  This seems like a paid commercial or nonprofit type solicitation.  I was suckered into a resort deal where you buy a time share.  What a total waste, and more, it is a legal way of constant harassment.  I get three calls every other day...wanting me to upgrade, spend more, etc.  They have the nerve to charge me if I don't come.  It is legal rip off and a headache.  There are much less expensive ways to vacation,  this is a sham.  424 may be a medical solicitation network agency, like the car donor companies that are hired by non profits.  I too am on the DNC list, but get phone calls from companies I have donated to over the years, nevertheless.  I am not able to help now, but don't mind them;  I am unhappy though when they sell my info to some new plan for fundraising.  Aurgh!

The name on caller ID was CALIFORNIA and they claim they are with the Diabetes something or another and want to know if either my spouse or I are diabetic and we qualified for more annoying phone calls! LOL
