Called and tried to collect on a date that contained false information and was beyond the statute of limitations. Appears to be the very same sort of operation as Investment Management & Recoveries, Inc. In fact, doing a search of the business registration turns up the very same names of individual as were at IMR. Beware, this is a zombie debt collector.

These are junk bad credit purchasers and scam artists. They have previous affiliations with known criminal/racketeer Randall Goins and he may be behind this operation. Slippery shysters with an MO that is patently illegal. They don't have a pot to piss in, let alone money for attorneys so DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they tell you they are filing a legal case. The docket numbers, etc are bogus. NOTE: This is all illegal activity and money you pay to them will not bring you any relief or make them go away.

    New Leaf Solutions, LLC;
    3305 Oakes Ave
    Everett, WA, 98201-4409
You can view their low-rent offices by cutting and pasting the following:
    https://maps.google.com/maps?q=3305+Oakes+Ave ... =12,227.47,,0,0

    Mailing Address:
    PO Box 12274
    Everett, WA 98206

Registered agent and claims to be CEO: Zach Bonn, [residential address removed]

They have also listed a business address with Washington Dept of Revenue as 1505 Roy Rd, Freeland, WA 98249. This seems an unlikely business address but you can see a Google satellite view: http://goo.gl/maps/NzJpn

Here is a link to a photo from Zach Bonn's facebook page. It's worth 10,000 words about the man:
    https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=19969 ... &size=320%2C213

Zach is engaged to TiffanyAnne Deditius (https://www.facebook.com/TiffanyAnneDeditius34) who declares herself to be a Managing Partner at New Leaf. You'll see that she, as well as Wofford worked at Goin's companies, particularu IMR.

The other registered owners/members of the LLC are:

Rocco Liace, who is a decorated wrestler and football player from Chicago. (The muscle?) He appears to own a house with his wife Julie at  [residential address removed]

Katelin Marie Roussos, she lives in Everett but not much on her readily available. She seems like a nice enough girl. Worked in Job Corp. Spunky.  24.  https://www.facebook.com/katie.roussos

Jesse Wofford. Jesse looks like he's turning a new leaf... right.  https://www.facebook.com/jesse.wofford.3/photos_stream The last place Jesse worked (same as Tiffany Anne) uses some of the same tactics, fake claims about legal filings, etc. You can read about these tactics at https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8556708405. Good call. See message below. This is not a legitimate company. Any postings that say otherwise were made by shills. Do your own research. Do not be afraid. Communicate your results to whatever online resources you come across in order to warn others... just as you have been warned!

Admin Edit: "It's a FAKE comment!"
    _____________________________

I would like to apologize for my previous post. It was inaccurate and inflammatory. This company is not in fact associated with known criminal/racketeer Randall Goins.  The owners are in fact victims of him. I have also learned that they can report accounts to the credit bureau and have the ability to obtain a judgement. They are even seeking a default judgement against one debtor next Thursday.

How is it that you can say a company that is Licensed bonded and insured is not legitimate?

You do give good advice though. Do REAL research. Don't listen to what someone who can't do anything but post wild false accusations with nothing to back them up and inaccurate personal information about people.

Check with the state, the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. They will tell you that this is a legitimate company in good standing.

See below. This retraction is not my comment. The Admin can see the IP address and vouch for the fact that the retraction came from a different source. These people have -zero- relationship to the truth. They operate outside the law. You don't need to piss them off, as they're not entirely powerless. And they're most certainly vindictive. But you CAN ignore them... and spread the word. Do that!

You are the one with zero relationship to the truth. You know full well that we are in no way affiliated with Randall Goins and operate fully within the law. The owners of New Leaf Solutions LLC make no secret of the fact that they were previously employed by and were victims of Randall Goins. See the news story here. http://www.kirotv.com/news/news/man-charged-w ... w-wage-c/nTR2Q/

There is nothing vindictive about giving people a chance to make good on their obligations. New Leaf Solutions gives everyone the opportunity to setup a payment plan that is within their individual means. As a credit reporting agency we can report those payments as an account that is being paid as agreed and potentially improve their credit situation. All settlement offers and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing and when an account is paid in full a letter signed by one of the owners is sent confirming that the obligation has been satisfied. We avoid litigation whenever possible but when a person who has the ability to pay refuses we can and will take action to obtain a judgment and garnish wages as allowed by state law.

1505 Roy Rd is a small office building that was previously home to New Leaf Solutions LLP. The trees in the Google image block the entire building from view. In November 2011 The company reorganized and moved to its current Everett location as New Leaf solutions LLC. The change from LLP to LLC required a new business license from the state and a new UBI number.

Telling someone to ignore a call in hopes it will go away is terrible advice. Read what this website says about that. https://800notes.com/arts/KBN5c2IZiAC_wQjKBNRWFA
“Also, never ignore the collector either. They will not stop contacting you, and may even file a lawsuit against you.”

A pending litigation means we are preparing to file a civil action. Our call is to notify you of this and give an opportunity to resolve it before that happens.  If you are not the individual we are trying to contact we would like to verify and notate the file so we do not waste any more of your valuable time or ours.

New Leaf called today today and now I have proof that this is a spin off company of Randall goins or a company that bought his debt file , I blocked the phone # and Contacted the snohomish county sherrifs department with all the info I had from IAM, IMR and other companies Randall Goins used. Once again I told them they had the wrong number and the person they were looking fore did not live here. I also asked them not to call back. I did not tell them I was contacting the police on the phone, however,The Police and FBI Will also be notified.

So what you are saying is that you are one of these bottom feeding zombie callers who can't get a job with a regular collection agency?  Can't get a job a collection agency?  Wow, that's worthless.  Keep up with those anti-depressants, you'll need them.

New Leaf Solutions LLC is in no way shape or form associated with Randall Goins. The owners have been fighting to get him stopped for a long time and will continue to do so. We are a legally licensed and bonded company operating fully within the law. Randall Goins is a thief and is calling on accounts from stolen databases legally owned by several companies including ours.  If you are not the individual we are trying to contact we would like to verify and notate the file so we do not waste any more of your valuable time or ours.

If you feel the need to waste the limited resources of several law enforcement agencies that is your decision.  We are located in the city of Everett, Washington. You can find the Everett Police department contact info here http://www.ci.everett.wa.us/default.aspx?ID=53

I also, recevied phone calls from Joseph Steele @ NLS in regards to a debt from over 10 yrs ago. A debt that I had been paying with IMR. Once I spoke to NLS,who advised me that IMR was scamming me, I immediately cancelled my debit card and was ready to pay them. Then, I read everything here, and immediately received another call from IMR stating the almost EXACT same information I received from NLS. At this point, I have filed a complaint with my Attorney General's offce, and if this a debt I owe, I am assuming a judgement will be placed and/or reported to the credit bureau agencies, only at that point, will I know who to pay. Oh and for the NLS rep who is talking about the validity of your 8 month old company, please advise your reps to not use scare tactics such as garnishment until your company has a judgement granted.

Nothing anywhere says they are a legit company.
Except the NLS shill posting on here.
The moron on the phone didn't even know what zip code he worked in .
If they were so legit they would know better than to threaten
Civil lawsuits.  that's completely against the law ,
The debts they are trying to collect are well past statue of limitations
I was willing to pay, but I told them I have to do
Research on this NLS , my research and my better
Judgement tell me not to pay them a penny ,
If they are legit I will see them in court they threates 8 times on
    My voicemail .

I was called and threatened. I was also cussed at and called a Bit** supposedly by the manager. Mr. Steele made the call to my home, cell and then my 13 year olds cell. There were several threats made to me that were out of context and against the law. I contacted my Attorney and I am pursuing legal actions against  NLS. The a count they called and made all the accusations and threats were pass the statue of limitations. I look forward to working with my Attorney on this case, due to a legitimate Collection Agencey their calls should be recorded, I also have recorded info on calls made to me and I made Mr Steele very aware he was being recorded. So I have a good case of harassment. And then the supposedly manager calling me a name. I will see them in court.

Received a call from a Joseph Steele (probably an alias). He was looking for my ex-husband for a line of credit debt which dated back to 2005. I informed "Mr. Steele" that we were no longer married.  He tried to tell me that I was responsible for the debt since Texas is a community property state.  I told him that I was in no way responsible for the debt since it was affiliated with my ex's business and my name was never on the account. "Mr. Steele" got extremely angry and was telling me he was going to check my credit and make sure it got reported on my credit.  NLS are bottom feeders that use bullying tactics when they get a live person to answer the phone, regardless if it's that person's debt or not.  I hope things improve in "Mr. Steele's" life and that he can find a real job and get out of that phone bank cubicle that he lives in so he doesn't have to call and act like a child on the phone after normal work hours.  I will also be reporting them to appropriate harassment agencies.  BEWARE if these people contact you and hang up immediately and don't engage in conversation which just causes them to make empty threats.
