When I answered, they clicked off, when I tried calling back, their line was busy even after an hour, still busy.

Left a one second message on my online answering service on 12/11/07 @ 7:29PM.  Location listed as Mountlake Terrace, WA.  Didn't try to listen, just deleted it.

someone called, didn't say a word, and then hunged up at 9AM, 3/8! I tried calling back but my call failed every time.

Got a call from this #, too, but they oddly knew my name (asked for me) then hung up. First time they were listed as calling from Halls Lake, second time Mntlk Terrace.

Received call from this number & they hung up.

The caller said they were from "Save The Children", and asked if we could count on helping.  Said no thank you.  Asked if they could call back.  Said no th (they hung up with dial tone before I completed the thank you portion of response).

Number came up along with  Halls Lake... This has happened 3 times over the last 2 weeks...

Number came up as Halls Lake WA 1-425-275-4130. Did not answer, let it go to answering machine but they hung up (on 3rd ring) prior to answering machine kicking in. After reading these other notes from same phone # I tried calling it back, too, and a recording came on saying "Lines are temporarily busy please try again later 0106."

Received yet another a call from this number today.

Called the number back, and got a recorded message: "the number you have dialed is not in service.  Please check the number, and try your call again.  Thank you."

They have been calling for several years at random intervals.

Whomever they are, I wish them ill-will, and hope that a plague and pocks will descend upon their houses.

It is a bad state of events these days, when, (first), we don't have an effective mechanism to identify who these callers are, and then, (second), we are not able to respond appropriately via governmental blocking and/or punitive measures to deal effectively with these urchins' unwanted calls.

If you google this number, no-one in the first twently listings seems to know who they are.

IE: definately slim-balls.

This is exactly the type of callers that deserve to have major Thunder Of Thor Hell Reigning Down On Them.

But hey...if you read the papers, the government regulators no longer have the resources to investigate these calls.

By all acounts, the laws to actively identify the culprits, and deal effectively with these problems through injunctions and civil and criminal penalties have been put in place by both state and federal legeslatures...

...but because of recent consumer regulatory cut-backs in the agencies' budgets over the last 6 years, OMG, there are only 8 national regulators (to do the work over all 50 states!) to handle the 2,000 cases identified last month as problems!

This number came up on my caller id as "Unknown name." Google search identified it as unlisted landline in Hall's Lake or Mt Lake Terrace.  I think I've received random calls from this number over the years. Certainly wouldn't trust it to be from a legit non-profit!

The same thing! They called around 9AM, I missed it and I called caller ID and it said the line is busy. Who is this???

Called 7/22 and hung up a few seconds after I answered.  Caller ID just showed Halls Lake, WA.

Have called a few times in the last year, never leave a message - caller ID just says "Halls Lake, WA". Tried calling back, got "all circuits are busy now" recording.

Got a call from this number yesterday.  I answered, said hello and click, they hung up.  Tried to call the number and got the same recording as lin did....."all circuits are busy now".  Tried to do a phone search and found that it was supposedly from somewhere around Kent/Lynwood area in Washington State.  Caller ID also showed as Unknown Name....very annoying.

Called just now asking for money for children that wouldn't have a good Christmas.  He said he was from Lynwood but I don't remember the name of the charity.  Wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise.  This is my second call this week.
