Called at 10:28 am on Feb. 15th but didn't leave a message.

Called this evening at 5:49 pm and of course they left no message.  I HATE telemarketers that cannot even take the time to leave some kind of message.  

Called the number back and there was a recording saying that if I pressed #1 I would be placed on their "do not call" list.  Did this.  Guess I will have to wait and see if this actually works.

Called me but left no message. I blocked my number and called the number back. A recording suggested I  remove my number from their system by pressing the number one. i found that curious as I had blocked my number. I pressed one anyway and hung up.

Another call and left no message.  Several instances.

Called me and a recording asked me if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate...

Has called my cell 3x, but left no message.  I was wondering who it was.

They called my cell, did not leave a message.

Call on cell: "This is Rachel from card holder servies...." scam, do not reply, hang up

Other sites mentioned this is for card holder services or some type of interest rate scam.  The area code is from Washington and I live in Canada, so the countries don't even match and clearly a telemarketing scam.  The computer was likely calling for a live body before they connect, otherwise they don't leave messages.

They just called.  

I answered "hello" once and then said nothing for about a minute.  No one was on the other end during that minute.  

I had problem telemarketer callers like this for the last 8 years, but in the last few months it stopped.  It looks like these [***] are at it again.   They use these auto dialling machines to see if phones are active.  Then then harass that phone number for months or years.

The CRTC will have to hunt these these criminals down like they did the last time.  However that can take months, and in the meantime I will have to endure calls like this on a weekly basis.

They should imprison the people who run telemarketing firms like this.  Their tactics are the same as stalking.  Fines do no good at all... they must imprison these people, and all those who work for them!

i have been getting many more calls from telemarketers the last year, then I bought a whistle. When they call I go in my garage and wait for them to answer and blow the damn thing as hard as I can into the phone. The calls have almost stopped now and I wait for the phone to ring and do some hearing damage to those vultures.

Calling my cell. Wondering how they came by the number. Called today at 10:24 am EST and 2/17 at 12:54 PM EST. I don't answer.

'Card Holder Services' called my office - I'm going to guess an ex-employee's desk that's being forwarded to our operators.

They called today(feb 22) at 11:45am, but I didn't answer. I googled the area code and it appears to be in northern Washington. XD

They called @ 2:31 this afternoon.  Second or third time I've gotten a call from this number.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize.  I want to know how they got this number!

Called, I answered, silence.

called, at 11:53 am I answered and it was silent so i hung up.

Called me today on my UK landline. The machine recorded some of the "press one now" bit.

Just rec'd "the call" from this number. After "Robert Plante" (with an 'e', he told me), ID #80303, with a toll-free number of 866-993-9960, tried to get me to give him my credit card number "for verification only", my expiration date, and my zip code, I told him thanks but no thanks. He swore that he could save me $$ by lowering my interest rates on my cards.

When I asked him why I was getting a call from him and not directly from the card company, he told me they work "at a hirer level." Yeah, whatever
