'Been calling at least once a week. will not leave a message. Does anyone know who this is?

I got the same call today and I call back and a man answered and said that he works for HRT.. or something like that. Anyways he said, he wants to talk to me about business. I asked him what's it about and next thing you know he asked me what my date of birth is and what my last digit of my social is , I told him I am not giving him that and I don't know who is or what his company is , he got mad and hung up on me.wow. Don't trust this number at all.

Same for me... they have been calling me for a few months but never leave a message.  Today I answered and a lady asked me to verify my name and birthdate.  I told her no and she got all mad and told me she could proceed no further until I verified my name and birthdate.  I just hung up on her.  Are you kidding me?  lol  What a scam.  I have never had a company refuse to tell me what they are calling about until I give them personal information...

I called and they are a medical collections agency.

I get calls from this number all the time, almost daily.  Occasionally I answer them. They are always asking for a different person, a few weeks ago, it was Tanya, today they were looking for Matthew. The people are rude and dismissive if you tell them they have the wrong number. One guy hung up on me. The woman told me that she didn't have time to listen to my story. They denied that my number is in their system, but they are calling me daily.

It is a medical collection agency, a national company.  The phone that they are calling is my cell phone, so I think that I may be able to block the calls.

Absolute be they threatened me after I ask for a cease and desist on fraud they are trying to collect. The bill they said I owe was paid in March. I informed them to not contact me again and that if they do so I will report them to the attorney general and any further attempt to contact me will be harassment and result in a$16,000 fine. They hate when you are aware of the laws and get mad and defensive. I suggest everyone do the same. Yes,  do not call, take me of your call list and do not contact me any further regarding this matter apply to collections as well.

BTW, each time I try to call back to verify my do not contact me again issue it's the same guy. Pretty sure it's a scam and they only ask for your year of birth no other info. But if you don't feel comfortable with giving this that's OK. They do not need it. And never ever give any info into your ssn ever unless you contact them and know 100% for certain it's a legitimate company. Reserch it until you are satisfied that's what I do

They just called and said for security purposes they need the date of birth of my minor son. I said I don't know who you are or what this is in regards to so I won't give you that information. They hung up on me. Be careful!!

They keep calling and they are asking for personal information which is none of their business.

Company is Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group (HRRG) based out of Florida yet calling and acting as if they are in Washington State.
