Getting calls 3 times a day at the same time each day.  If I push 1 to talk to a human and start to tell them to remove my name from their data base they become rude and hang up.

"Paul" the computer voice wanted me to know I could have better debit card processing rates. I don't give a [***].

Merchant Service trying to sell you an account. they call 5 times a day, multiple times on all our business phones, cell phones, and fax numbers at the same time. !! outrageous !!

after unsuccessfully option 2'ing it to be removed, i've added them to my call blocking services and logged it at donotcall.gov

They call on our home business line 3 times a day, today I pressed one and said we don't accept credit cards and the man on the other side got snippy and said have a good day and hung up, without me finishing what I wanted to say!  They are really getting under my skin...

same issue. I have received 7 calls in the past three days. i have hit 2 to get my number taken off of their calling list half of the time. I have pressed 1 to speak to someone and then told them to take me off of their list the other half. just got my second call today. according to the person on the line. they are separate companies that purchase new customer phone numbers from a single marketing company. that marketing company gets our information from the phone company (in my case, qwest) that lists my number as a new company. i had just switched from vonage to qwest last week. it started once qwest hooked me up with their service.

I am going to contact my state attorney general's office to see what can be done.....

i got the kid on the line to say that he works for merchant pro express. He said that he is based out of new york state. the 425-336-8351 number is from renton, wa. I did some digging and Level 3 Communications appears to probably be the internet phone service provider. i have registered with the federal do not call, but i have heard that it does nothing for businesses. I never had any previous issue when I was with vonage, but I am guessing that my number was never officially "released" like it was listed / sold from qwest....... will update as i find out more.

i just registered the company / phone number as a complaint with the FCC. Below is the link to fill out the form. It takes just a few minutes to complete. It probably takes less time to fill out this form than it does to answer their calls 2-3 times per day....

best part of all, as I was requesting information about the calling company from the kid on the line, he was saying that I was wasting HIS time. Oh, the irony, I love it.

Calls come in everyday, a few times a day. I will not press any options as I do not want to be told that I approved any fees. How the heck do I stop this?!??

I have been getting calls from this # since June 3, 2011. Every time I answer, I get no response and then a hang up. I call it back and it doesn't even ring. I just got the second call of the day from this #......

Received numerous call and each time that a live person was spoken to and informed that I wanted removed from calls the person would become very rude.  Finally, I called number back and computer generated response informed to be removed to hit 1 and that it would take 72hrs. for this to become effective.  Will have to wait to see if this is what finally!!!!! works for these obnoxious sales calls to end.

OMG the same thing JUST happend to me!!!!!

Multiple calls every day.  Same as others - when I get a person on the line ans ask to be removed, they hang up on me.  When I press the option to be removed, nothing happens. The recording says the request will be processed immediately yet I continue receiving calls.  If anything, I think pressing the option to be removed actually added my number to another database somewhere because I am getting even more calls from similar companies since doing so.  SO frustrating!

We get calls from this number at my work all day everyday. No one says anything. It just hangs up and when you call it back it doesnt even ring. Very strange and annoying.

Merchant Services calling me several times a day to get my organization set up to accept credit cards.  Pressing 2 to be removed from list does absolutely nothing.  Tried speaking to a live person.  First one hung up as soon as I said I wasn't interested.  Second one told me to press 2 and then hung up.  Third one was very rude, informed me that if I wasn't so ignorant I would have listened to the whole message and selected 2 to be removed.  When I attempted to stop her tirade, she told me to shut up.  I asked her if she spoke to all potential customers that way, and she said she didn't care who I was, I was ignorant, and then she hung up on me.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC, FTC, and will be filing one with our State Consumer Protection office.  This is ridiculous.

I am receiving several of these calls a day as well.  I have asked to be removed from their list and usually they just hang up.  Today I asked to speak to a manager and they just hung up. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and used the link that someone posted above to file a complaint with the FCC.  When they call back I will try to get more information from them but in the past when I have tried to ask questions they just hang up.
