No one on line when answered

will call repeatedly every five or ten mins from around three in the afternoon till about eight pm at night

call from 425-354-1564 rang a few times and then stopped; the number is not a working number.
we've been getting lots of calls and are starting to fight back. Find the ceos by researching the companies, then call their offices.

"Receivables Pe"/425-354-1564, No one there when I answer phone. They've been calling several days. They called seven times in 5 hours yesterday. Where can we report this and get some action?

Caller hangs up after 2 rings.  I called the number, a woman answered "RPM".  I and asked who they were, woman hung up on me.  I called back, man said RPM.  I asked who RPM is.  He said that according to Federal Law that's all the information we are required to give out.  I told them they better look up the Federal Regulation and that if they don't tell me who they are I will block their number.

My phone number is unlisted and unpublished, and I want to know how this place got my number!

If anyone can search the internet and find out who you are, WE should be able to find out who ANY business is that is calling, repeatedly and hanging up!

I've gotten two calls from this number... first time they  hung up. Second time, I got a recording 'please hold for an important call' and some guy came on.. and hung up.  I've only had my phone for less than a week.

calls at least 15 to 20 times a day.  no one ever is on this line.  calls started when i receviced my new cell phone number.

I receive calls from this number. I never answer and they never leave a message. Glad to know everyone else is getting this call too.

We've been getting calls on one of our prepaid cell phones from 425-354-1564 for about 6 weeks now.

I just got through to this phone number. The woman on the other end identified the company as RPM, a "financial services company", and agreed to take our cell number off of their list. We'll see...

This number belongs to a collection agency.  They buy accounts and then try to collect.  My advice is that if you do not owe them money then you insist that they stop the calls.

i got a call today from this number, didn't answer it, rather came to this thread, now i'm glad i didn't answer it

this number calls at all hours 7 days a week. I thought this was against the law, weird thing is when you answer the call no one is there. someone needs to stop this nuisance of a call

Same thing... calls several times and hangs up!  When operator gets on I say "hello, you have reached me.  Please don't hang up.  I will talk to you when I am available."  I keep repeating the sentence in monotone until they hang up.  Haven't heard from them in a bit now!!

I keep getttin gcalls form this number, 3 rings and a hang up, calledback, dais the call was important to them, they said they would answer in 5 minutes, they neve answered, claimed to be RPM

I got a few calls from them.  Once, I returned the call, and he identified the company (?) as "RPM".  So I just hung up, figuring it was a wrong number.  Now I have the number stored as "Ignore this number".  Another website shows the number originates from Bothel, WA, USA.

Everyone is correct this is a scam a fraud, something about buying an iPhone and this and that. The company is RPM but actually means Receivables Performance Management, is what it stands for it originates outta Washington, refer to this link to read about this!!
