Called and left no message, which means I block the number. The caller ID said "Washington Stat." Clearly, no good can come from this.

I picked up.  Caller claimed this was for an annual National State Troopers fundraiser or something related.  I hung up after a period of silence.

Some cop calling about some fundraiser, I hung up.

It's actually a scam, I just looked up the Washington state trooper site and they say they're not holding a fundraiser right now, and any calls about it are a scam.

This scam caller is back. At least once a year for the last 10 years. The Washington State Troopers Association does not telephone people for fund raisers! I wish this 'sicko' would get caught. Called me yesterday and answered my message machine like I had picked up. Then hung up.

I screen my calls but this number has been calling me 5 times a day, everyday and just hangs up on my machine. I have tried picking up just to see who it is but I think it must be a robo dialer because I still get hung up on (meaning I didn't answer as fast as one of the other 20 people it's calling at once.) Caller ID says: V41820123400121

Fundraiser for the Washington State Troopers. Sounded like a recording then it hung up.

Received a call from this today. It's some sort of State Troopers "fundraiser" but it's not a live person you're talking to, even though it seems like it. It was silent if it didn't understand what I was saying. The responses were odd to what I had just said. And then I pretended my phone was cutting out and it kept rambling about price levels when I said "Hellooooooo" which I think it thought I said "Noooo."

This number has been calling me regularly for last 2-3 days. A while ago I answered the phone without checking caller ID and the guy was talking about fund raising. I hung up telling him I am driving. The caller ID just shows "Everett, WA" and doesn't leave a message. Looks like one should not answer this call.

I keep getting hang ups and robo-calls that alternate from this number (425-399-7486; callerID says "Washington Stat") to 360-209-0702; callerID says "Washitong State". It's a recorded message asking for money for the Washington State Troopers. If I try to call them back, the first number just disconnects and the second number has an anonymous voicemail message with the option to press '1' to be added to their 'do not call' list. I have done this several times and I'm still receiving unsolicited and unwanted spam calls from them.

These people are a$$holes.  They call me every day.  Caller ID says "Everett WA" .  No message left.  They call as late as 9pm.

This is at least the second number from which I've received calls for this scam. I keep blocking them and they keep calling, usually multiple times a day.

Got a call from this number; rang once and then dropped. The caller ID said "Scam Likely, Washington" so I just blocked the number.

I let my toddler pick up and listened in on the caller since I had been receiving daily calls from this number. Caller kept asking "can I talk to your mom or dad?" That was a red flag this was spam since the caller wasn't obviously wasn't calling for anyone specifically. Then caller would continue to identify himself to my babbling child and said he was calling from the Washington State Troopers Association. The caller kept repeating those two lines for maybe five minutes while my kid spoke gibberish back. I was amused yet caller was persistent and didn't hang up. Eventually, my son got bored and ended the call.

Washington State.  Looks like it is an RV dealer in the Bellevue, Everett, Renton area.

Robocall trying to sound like it was a live person on the line.  They are thieves.  Don't answer, or, if you do answer, just hang up.
