Another boiler room caller trying to get me to refinance my mortgage by using a digital calling machine to call all numbers. This is fraudulent, as my number is listed on  the Do Not Call registry. Obviously the numbers are not cross checked.

Call origin in Washington State across state lines. Illegal activity trying to prey on those who are not informed of their rights.

Yeah. This # calls me once a week. Trying to tell me how to lower my interest rate on my home that I haven't owned since 2009!!! I am listed on the do not call list. They don't care. they are scammers and trying to phish(called phishing) for peoples personal info. Either do not answer the phone. HOWEVER DO NOT VERIFY YOUR INFO, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR NAME OR ANY PERSONAL INFO..Or have fun and answer it. They keep calling me, so I tell them to blow it out their butt. They called the day before Thanksgiving and I told them that and the lady stated for me to watch my mouth. So I told her again and hung up. Hell they want to keep calling, I am going to have fun with it.

I got a call from these [***] ,so I sent them on a wild goose chase . I'm retired so I have time to screw with them and waste their time as much as they can stand.

just ask them for their NMLS number.  They hang up real fast.  Or you could always remind them that they are in violation of FTC law by purporting to, or purporting to appear as a government agency

I received a voicemail from this number claiming to be fron the NACE (something about educational assistance).  They wanted me to answer a survey to help better assist them with research on higher education and financial aid.  I didn't listen to the whole thing.

They called my cell phone three times within the span of a minute. The first time I just let it go to voicemail, and the second and third times I rejected it. They did not leave any messages.

Thank-you, 800-notes!  Didn't answer, found the number here, and they're now added to the call blocker in my phone.  Ahhhh!

didn't recognize the number.  didn't answer.  did a reverse lookup, it came from a Landline in Kirkland, Washington.

I just got a call from them for an offer to lower the interest rate on my credit card; my visa or mastercard.  I asked which one, she said my visa.  So I asked who the carrier was, they immediately hung up.  Total Scam!  The number says it originates out of Kirkland, WA.

Got another call from Card Holder Services offfering to lower my interest rate on my Credit Card.  If you let them know you are on a Do Not Call List or if you question them they will hang up on you - or offer rude or offensive comments.  This is a problem that needs to be reported on the Do Not Call Registry website everytime you get a call from this company.  Then perhaps, if enough people fill out the complaint form, it may get taken care of.  It is frustrating that they can ignore the law and have no consequences.

We receive a call but was not home.

They called me, wanting to "lower my interest rates on my credit card" ... the credit card that I don't have!!  I don't have any credit cards ... I have my visa debit card and that's it.  Friggen IDIOTS!  I hate scammers!!

I got the call just 20 minutes ago. How do these people get a hold of all of our cell phone numbers?! It really pisses me off. But Frances you are right. Hopefully if enough people file a complaint on the Do Not Call registry it will catch these scumbags.
