Got call on cell. ID said from Washington (State?). Answered and it was a recording of "Rachel" calling from "Card Holder Services" offering to lower my rate. (Ha.)

If you call it back the recording says thank you for calling back and if you would like to be removed from the marketing list press 1.  Once you do this it says please allow up to 72 hours to have your number removed from their list.
