The number in question was not used to telephone me. It was used in an email on Alibaba. The number purports to be owned by:
Ms Jully Dxxxx [x'd out, just in case there is such a person]

The message was written in idiosyncratic English that is atypical of a native speaker. Sample (from a letter requesting information on OUR products:
"We request you to keep us posted about any computer available with you which can be suitably replaced with our company's products."
I love the Internet. Stuff about these guys appeared within minutes of me getting the message.
