gr8ballsoffire - 18 Dec 2007It's a technical support manager with little or no intelligents from verizon wireless based in Seattle. Made excuses after excuses with no solutions, hang up the phone, after a lot of #$$#%^^^&.

The first time it rang in was as a 3rd party call while on the other line.
Verizon had class action lawsuit for being involved in tapping customers' lines in several states initiated by complaints from California customers. This was believed to be tied by NSA Patriot Act activity that has targeted citizens that have been bogusly put on a terror alert risk.
The Congress is currently addressing these Privacy Right issues.

George - 21 Aug 2007I got a call too from this number and looked up the number. I came here as a result! It's Verizon's customer service, they left me a v-mail regarding an issue I had. But I got here before I got the v-mail... so I'm gonna leave this note for all you to know anyways! :)

dana803 - 8 Oct 2007I got a call from this number but I was on the phone so didn't answer it. No message was left. Came to this site to see that it must have been Verizon. I was on the phone with them earlier changing my cell phone plan. So, even if it was them calling back for some reason, it must not have been important enough to leave a voice mail.

I'm actually quite sorry that I didn't answer the call: they were responding to a question that we had asked through customer support on the web site.
