This is ER Solutions, a collection office located in Renton, WA.  They handle accounts from banks, medical facilities, etc.  I've always had polite friendly agents call me, but I've heard horror stories from other people who were called from this organization.  Perhaps it's because I was nice to them first.  At any rate, they've been working patiently with me in splitting up the payments over a couple of months via post dated checks over the phone to pay off the bills I've owed.
