    Third Party trying to persuade extended warranty on a recently purchased vehicle. I've received about 8 calls. First two times I declined the offer. The 2nd time the original representative tried to transfer me to the Sales dept (or so I assume) literally 5 seconds into the call so I hung up.

    Scam they tried to get my mileage right away without even asking my name or anything first and when I was hesitant she said that she can transfer me to manager once I answer some  more question and I asked if they were part of my dealership company and they said no but that they had permission to my information and I just declined and said I would rather deal with my dealership and they hung up before I even finished my sentence. Oh and they claimed that my warranty was expiring and that's why they need info . Which was lie .

    I received a call from this phone number saying that my factory warranty expired. They seemed very knowledgeable about what they were talking about. But even before I said a direct answer, they would transfer me two different people....to the authorization dept and etc. The process was very quick and I was quite confused. I don't know how they found out my car. They stated they were in charge of all Hyundai's (the car that I currently have). But knowing that my dad who is more knowledgeable about the logistical aspects of my car, I told them I would discuss with him before making any rash decisions. I asked them if I could call them back, and they said they don't do any "call back's." Uhm...okay. First of all, that's stupid. Second of all, not good customer service. Third of all, it's very shady. The woman that called me was tackling me w/ all this information....Might I say, she was a really good telemarketer, but she was quite rude. She didn't even give me room to breathe in the conversation. I told her, "No, I do not want to make a decision right now." I hung up and blocked the phone number on my phone. Thank God, I have the ability to do on my iphone. I discussed this w/ my dad, and he told me that unless they have the source in writing, don't ever ever go thru anything like this, ESPECIALLY over the phone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    Before he could continue, I told him to "go **** himself". He asked me if I owned a Kia Sedona? "Go **** yourself" I said, and he hung up.
