Caller inquired information about elderly mother's medicare information and set up an appointment to come to her house

unknown call - i didn't pick up (and they left no message). Did a search and found this website

Received call about our account and when the woman came on, she said, "are you the customer looking to lower your interest rate?" When we asked which account are your asking about, she replied "your accounts?" Nothing specific was given. The caller hung up. We receive this call about 3 times a week.

We've been receiving calls from this company under various names and numbers on the caller ID. Sometimes several times a week for about 6 months now. When I press 1 to speak to someone and request to be removed from the list they argue or say to disregard and hang up. I'm going to start recording the calls. I've read that this is a scam to charge you $900 to call your bank and supposedly negotiate a lower interest rate.

I just got called twice within 15 minutes from this number. I did not pick up and they did not leave a message. I googled it and found this. Glad I didn't pick up.

Recieved call on 10-19-07 at 11:27 central time. I've never posted anything before but am now. These are the same people that call from other numbers about warranties and,... etc. Pressing the button to be removed from the call list is worthless. Today I pressed 1 to speak with a representative. She introduced herself as *Heather*. I firmly told her(them) to never call back anymore. She then said, "We will keep calling you..." or something in a rude tone of voice, and hung up.

I have always been suspicious about these people and how that representative behaved was totally unprofessional.

I can not seem to see why they would call anyway. My house and car are paid off, never been late with bills, my taxes are always paid and have never had a credit card.

Recorded message offers to help you lower credit card rates.  I asked what to do to get them to stop calling, and was told, "We never stop."

Rec'd call from this number on 10/26/07.  Did not pick up the phone.  There was no message left

Caller ID read "CDS"  - I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.
This is the first call that I've gotten from them.

This # calls every single day while I am at work. They leave no message and I get noone when I try to call back to be removed. I am on the do not call list but apparently that doesnt matter anymore!! I want these calls to stop!!!

these people call our business every single day numerous times a day.  Apparently, the national do not call registry didn't make it to them.  When i mentioned that today (after finally being able to talk to a human), the polite young man said, "ma'am, lick my butt!" and hung up on me.  that's when i googled the number after trying to do it based on the fraudulent name "Mortgage Services".  When will they stop this?

Sounded like a computer call wanted to know if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card ... press 1 for yes and 2 for no.
I pressed 1 and the caller hung up. Caller ID said CDS
