I beleive this number is just being used to connect you to different SCAMS.
This number took me to a menu about Mortgage refinancing - same menu as about 5 or 6 other numbers on my caller ID.  

I beleive it is a company that just has the numbers and lets SCAMMERS use it and switches them out occasionally, so talking to someone and being removed from list does nothing because it will just be used by another one next month.
Frustrating and annoying.

11/28/07 250pm I received a call from 4256489413, as I have for the last two weeks (at least four calls a week). This time I followed the prompts to get a person. Young guy answered, I asked to speak to the person who could remove me from their calling list. He transferred me to another young guy who asked me what the problem was. "I don't qualify for your offer, please take me off your calling list", I said. He said, "one moment", hit a few keys on his phone, returned to the line and said, "ma'am, BLOW ME!", and hung up.  I called the FBI and was referred to this site where I filed a complaint.

Happily, since then, I called 4256489413, and left the message, "Just wanted to let you know, you've been reported to the FBI....so now, you can BLOW ME!!!" Hey, what can I say? It made ME feel better. :)

DO NOT ANSWER if you see this # on your caller ID.  It is a HUGE SCAM!!!

I received two calls on my home phone and one on my cell phone.  Message says that my interest rate is going to go up.  I pressed "1" to speak with an agent.  When I said, "What bank are you affiliated with”?  Male agent said, "I affiliated with Bank BLOW ME."  I replied, “Then this is a scam”.  I have been getting calls like this for about 6 months.  One gal had my credit card number and wanted me to transfer some of my available balance to my checking account.  If I did do that , I bet they would have transfered it out of my account within 30 seconds if that long.  I called the bank and had the card canceled and a new card issued.

The lady on the other end of the phone would not give me her name and kept asking what my name was and then just hung up on me.  What a rude lady and you can hardly understand her when she speaks.  They are asking to reduce your rate for a credit card, but they don't know your name.

I received a call from this number on Dec. 18th at 11:26a EST, the callerid identified the caller as "CDS", no message left on my voice mail.

Called me, I picked up the phone and hung before anyone could say anything. They called right back and left message about lowering interest rates on a mortgage. I deleted the message. Googled thier # and found this site. Really getting sick and tired of scammers like these people. If they ever call again I think I am going to use my air horn and blast it in the phone. Hopefully it will bust their eardrum. Then maybe I will start calling them back and blasting the air horn in the phone again. If they can keep calling me, then I can keep calling them.

Don't know why these people call me. Just bothersome.

Received call from these people at my work today. I did not answer and they left no message. Caller ID was "CDS".

Missed call from this number. No message left. When they call back they will get an earful for sure.

It is a Scam company, running illegally.

As my one post on that page should hint at, Considering what their doing is illegal, they don't mind cussing you out or acting like a**holes

empty at other end: received 15 minutes after 954-768-2799 also returned a blank at other end. Possibly attached to "new car warranty extension" inquiry phone calls I have been getting for the past 6 mos. I haven't a new car!

got this call on my cellphone. i always just type in the number in google when i get a number i don't recognize. most turn up this website and i never pick up anyways but it sure is annoying.

Recieved a call. No one was on the other end of the line. Returned the call and the recording said they handle mortgages. From the sounds of it they have some kind of SCAM going
