rec'd calls threatening a federal law suit against me. called courts and they have no record of any of it. The caller was Mr Thomas and upon calling back i got a voicemail that said Mr Bailey.

I got the same call except mine was a County District lawsuit.

Just got a call from a 'Mr. Jack Thomas' regarding a civil suit in Maricopa County Arizona.  It too was a BS case number.

Recived call on my cell number from a susan diaz saying there was a civil suit agaist me from ICM&R Inc. Asked for a number to reach them at and was given 1-855-670-8405. Called it and got voice mail. Never recieved any notification for and civil suit and have no idea what its about.

A message from Investment Management and recoveries, Called saying something about a pending court case.  Left a callback # of 1-855-670-8405.  Checked my local court records,  no  such case # , Contacted my local Police Department and reported them as misrepresentation. and will file with the FTC and States Attorney generals office tomorrow.  Its Randell Goines  company. Call came out of Washington State.

The Call actually came from 425-672-8183

If they Call you threatening ANY kind of legal action or arrest, ease call the Snohomish county Washington's  sherriff's  department NON Emergency # and report the name of the person that called you and State that Randell Goines is the  business owner. This should lead to the end of this guy once and for all.

I recieved a call/voice mail from 425 673-0981 on Wednesday evening. The thought they were call James Walker's home and asked for him to call back.

James Walker died almost three years ago. Yes, James left debit across the country, it was his debit alone.

I have not called back, I most likely will not after reviewing this site.

Goins and business just  a few weeks ago... It's outrageous. I posted the link above this comment. Very top of my comment.

lol, that couldn't be farther from the truth. When you initiate a lawsuit YOU are

responsible for providing the burden of proof including the contract and

payment/last payment dates.

I could see how you are confused though... There is not 1 lawsuit filed by your

company against anybody... There are many suits against you and your businesses

which are all operating illegally.

You could not file suit even if you thought you had the resources to do it.

I noticed your LinkedIN  page shows that you attended a prestigious University

for 5 or 6 years... It's funny how those same five years the Washington State

Department of Corrections had you in their custody for 1st/2nd degree assault.

In fact - Washington State just obtained a $75,000.00 judgment against you, your

girlfriend for the unpaid wages you owe numerous past employees. And thats just the ones that complained.

Rumor has it that Randall was able to cut a deal with NCO Financial, a larger
debt broker / reseller on old debt. NCO listed millions of dollars worth of accounts in Randall's agency after which Randall simply stopped paying NCO, converted the debt into his company name, and works the debt even though it is

not owned by him. Who knows what NCO actually knows about this.

ALSO.. I almost forgot... Every check cashing business in the county and
surrounding counties have been intentionally scammed & defrauded do to illegal check kiting & forged transactions.

For awhile it seems Randall was trying to pay his employee's... Just not with any money he had... It was all payday loan scams. And we are talking to the tune of no less than 75,000 dollars in total checks.

Stop sniffing coke & Clean your act up.

Here are a few listings I see right from the get go. You'll notice a few cases
down on this page there was an order just last year by a Snohomish County Superior judge to
"Break & Enter" to retrieve collateral you illegally withheld after not paying for it.

Didn't you just blast everyone on here and further saying "Definition of what a deadbeat is:"
